We collect account details you provide (name, email, country, KYC documents when required), on-chain wallet addresses you submit for deposits and withdrawals, and standard technical data (IP address, device, session logs) needed to operate the service securely.

Personal data is encrypted at rest and in transit, access is scoped by role, and we only share data with regulated third parties (custody, KYC, payments) that are contractually bound to the same protections. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time through the support center.
