By creating an account on ProElectricRig you agree to these terms. The platform provides hosted Bitcoin mining allocation, ASIC hardware sales, and related infrastructure services operated from our facilities.

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials, the accuracy of your KYC information, and the legality of using the service in your jurisdiction. Mining rewards depend on network difficulty, Bitcoin price, and operating conditions — past performance does not guarantee future results.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, our acceptable-use policy, or applicable law. Disputes are governed by the laws of the operating entity's jurisdiction as disclosed in your onboarding documentation.
